I enjoy working with all ages. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach and will work with you collaboratively to set goals for treatment. I use an eclectic method pulling techniques and skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, and mindfulness.
