Camille Logan
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I honor and respect the courage it takes to do the brave work of self growth and healing.
I believe in the value of the therapeutic relationship and the courage it takes for a client to enter into counseling. I strive to create a space that fosters the client's ability to process, explore, question, and challenge their thought processes and behaviors. It is with this in mind that I believe change, growth, and acceptance can be achieved. Working together, we will identify treatment goals and a plan to meet your needs. I genuinely love my job and count it a privilege to journey through life with my clients. My counseling style is supportive, collaborative, and client focused. I feel most comfortable drawing techniques from a variety of therapy models such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy(ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In my work professionally and what I choose to practice personally, I am passionate about mindfulness, self care, intuitively listening to the wisdom of our bodies/self, Health at Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, social justice, and the value of connection and vulnerability. I believe in normalizing the importance of mental health and destigmatizing counseling by engaging with the community through speaking events and podcast appearances. I received both my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Master's degree with a focus in Counseling from the University of Florida.
