All identities and backgrounds welcomed into my practice. I specialize in working in trauma, relationships, and attachments systems.

I’m really glad you’re here. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and reflective—yet often feel disconnected from their emotions, bodies, or sense of self. Therapy with me is an invitation to slow down, notice what’s alive inside you, and turn toward the parts that learned to stay guarded, controlled, or invisible to survive. Together, we create space for curiosity, tenderness, and connection with the deeper, truest parts of who you are—your most authentic self. I work with women and nonbinary folks exploring sexual identity, desire, relationships, attachment, trauma, and the tenderness and uncertainty that can come with becoming more fully yourself. I’m drawn to thoughtful people ready to move from insight to embodied emotional experience. I practice from a person-centered, relational perspective and integrate mindfulness, EMDR, ART, and IFS as needed. Our work is collaborative, grounded, and human. Therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about creating safety for your most authentic self to emerge.
