Counselor, Psychologist
I work with college/graduate students and individuals in emerging and middle adulthood as they navigate life transitions & build meaningful relationships.
Welcome! I'm glad you are here. I am a licensed psychologist who provides virtual therapy for adults in the state of Minnesota and 43 PSYPACT-member states. I use curiosity and compassion to help clients navigate life transitions and milestones, foster meaningful relationships, identify their values, and work toward intentional change. I also have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders, identity development, perfectionism and self-criticism, body image concerns, general relationship concerns (family, friends, colleagues, spouse/partner) and dating concerns. While I enjoy working with adults across the lifespan, I specialize in working with college and graduate students, as well as individuals in emerging and middle adulthood. I identify as an integrative therapist, meaning that I draw on ideas, tools, and interventions from many therapeutic approaches to meet my client's specific needs. Some of the modalities that inform the work I do include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion practices, and psychodynamic/relational and attachment-focused approaches.
