I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and seek to provide a supportive space to work through issues with care and understanding.

I have experience working with issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship to self, others and the world. I hope to help navigate the places where you might feel stuck, from a place of connection and genuine investment. Also, I grew up overseas and have an interest in international clients and clients navigating cultural/generational issues. I can offer therapy in Mandarin. My basic approach to therapy is existential-humanistic, and I draw from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness/somatic approaches as well. I believe in working to develop a strong therapeutic relationship to work from, and have found an eclectic range of tools and strategies to be helpful.
