Let’s explore your unique neurodiversity and co-create a joyful shift in your life. Queer, ADHD, ASD, Trans, ND, Creatives, Nerds, Ex-Gifted Kids welcome.

Online sessions in Illinois and Wisconsin. Are you drowning in navigating a demanding work or school agenda? Does it feel like you are losing who you are, as you continue to push yourself to make it through every day? Are you concerned that masking or your neurodivergence may be playing a role? Build habits, behaviors, relationships, community, and a personal philosophy that is sustainable and joyful. Get unstuck. Let's define actionable, practical goals to help move your life in the direction you want. Let's get your body and mind in good, collaborative relationship with one another. Let's re-energize you. Clients repair relationships, find success, manage their energy, and improve their health. They learn how to communicate more effectively to help get what they want. They explore and develop tools to navigate autism, ADHD, neurodivergence, burnout, perfectionism, executive functioning, and major life transitions. We can make changes, and have some fun! I approach my own life path as it intersects with being as a therapist as: if I am willing to do the work, gain skills, and have courage to show up authentically in the world for myself, I gain the knowledge (intellectual, intuitive, and embodied) to guide you to do the same. Reach out, and I will happily help guide you in your journey.
