Let’s explore your unique neurodiversity and co-create a joyful shift in your life. Queer, ADHD, ASD, Trans, ND, Creatives, Nerds, Ex-Gifted Kids welcome.

I help empower students in who are: -Exploring neurodiversity and building tools to live joyful and sustainable lives. -Learning executive functioning skills to maintain good standing at school. -Developing their identity (queer, artistic, vocational, spiritual, and more). -Searching for more purpose and direction in life. -Struggling to be understood and heard by family, friends, and professors. -Looking for support around navigating current-day society, including climate catastrophe, global unrest, political shifts in the US, job prospects post graduation, and other rapid changes. -Searching for tools to reduce how often they experience anxiety, depression, sleep problems, panic attacks, and/or apathy. -Contending with other health conditions, including POTS, Fibro, EDS, Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue, and others. Build relationships, habits, vocation, and a personal philosophy that electrifies your life. Move from stuck to fluidly making changes. Recover from burnout. Unmask and liberate your identity. I am co-facilitating three groups: check them out on my website! I would be honored to help you along in your path to a better life. I offer free consultations.
