Caitlin helps clients tackle executive functioning and life skills through collaboration, practical strategies, and meaningful goal-setting.

I’m Caitlin Ortis, a Pittsburgh-based Executive Function Coach working within a therapy practice setting. I specialize in supporting adults and students with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, who feel overwhelmed by daily demands. With a background in sociology, higher education, and over five years of coaching experience, I combine compassionate support with practical, evidence-based strategies. My goal is to help clients reduce stress, build confidence, and create sustainable routines for focus, follow-through, and balance in both work and home life.
