I enjoy working with people who are looking to grow personally, deepen their relationships with themselves and others, and move beyond coping to create a fulfilling, satisfying life for themselves. Many people I work with have had ongoing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress for years. When other forms of therapy haven’t proven to be helpful, I offer a personalized, relationship-focused approach that helps you get to the root of what’s holding you back.
