We are an LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent friendly, holistic and inclusive counseling practice that specializes in trauma and substance use recovery.

Between academic pressure, exploring your identity, and navigating relationships, it’s easy to feel stuck or overwhelmed. That’s why we created a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal at your own pace. Our counselors will help you transform trauma and adversity into lasting resilience. If substance use or compulsive behaviors have become your refuge, we’ll strengthen your recovery and address the underlying pain. We are EMDR trained therapists, so we offer evidence-based protocols to gently revisit and release painful memories and develop healthy belief systems. We also utilize CBT, mindfulness, ACT and solution-focused approaches to help you cope with emotions, create healthy boundaries, sleep better and stop overthinking. Whether you're dealing with past trauma or simply trying to manage stress, therapy here is about connection, clarity, and growth. You''ll find that deep reflection and self-understanding can spark authentic change, even if you're not sure where that will lead you. Where ever you are on your journey to self-discovery, we will meet you there.
