OCD Therapist

OCD is exhausting, especially after a tough semester. Maybe you’ve been stuck in your head, trapped by "what-if" thoughts, or feeling forced to do things over and over just to feel safe. When you are frozen by the need for certainty, it’s hard to stay focused on finishing school and building your future. You just want to get through next semester without being a slave to your compulsions. You want to reclaim your time and feel like you are in the driver's seat of your own life again. At the end of the day, you just want to feel okay, and that’s completely possible with the right specialized support. I help college students break free from OCD. In our work together, you’ll learn how to handle obsessions and compulsions, stopping the thoughts and behaviors that take away your time and energy. Whether it's nonstop doubt or a heavy pressure to have everything "just right," we will tackle it together using methods that actually work for OCD, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My practice is entirely online, making it easy to fit sessions between classes. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, focused, and ready to thrive both in school and in life. You deserve to be able to live by your values, not your fears. Call 602-456-4512 today for a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit for your journey toward freedom.
