I look forward to meeting you! I have been practicing for over 6 years as a mental-health counselor, and also have over 10 years working within higher education. I enjoy working with young adults and adults, but have carved a specialization working with college students. I do not think there is a “one size fits all” method of therapy, so I aim to meet you where you are, and work collaboratively to meet your individual needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
