Compassionate care for to help you manage anxiety, low mood, perfectionism, and difficulties with neurodivergence. Virtual therapy and ADHD assessments.

Hello! I'm Bruce Clark, a licensed psychologist in the state of Minnesota. I help people get unstuck and removed from the stress, self-doubt, and overwhelmed feelings that get in the way of living meaningful and fulfilling lives. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about supporting you in becoming more connected to who you are. Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, burnout, or feeling like they’re constantly falling short of their own expectations. Others are navigating low mood and depression, grief, or simply feeling "blah" about their lives. Some are exploring whether they might have ADHD and are looking for an assessment to improve their situation and get helpful accommodations. Regardless, they all have one thing in common: they are searching for clarity, self-trust, inner peace, and a sense of direction. My approach to treatment is grounded in mindfulness-based interventions and insight. These methods help you build skills to handle difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward what matters most. Instead of fighting your inner experiences, you’ll learn how to respond to them with compassionately. I also specialize in ADHD assessments, particularly for individuals who may have been overlooked or misunderstood in earlier stages of their lives -- women, high-masking adults, those exploring neurodivergence later in life, etc. My evaluation process is affirming, collaborative, and thorough, with concrete recommendations to help you move forward confidently. I want to make mental health care accessible, so I operate entirely in a virtual space. You can meet with me from the comfort and privacy of your own life. Additionally, I am a member of PSYPACT, meaning that I can see client's virtually across state boundaries in 43 different states and territories. Therapy with me is collaborative. I bring knowledge and tools while you bring your lived experience. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back and build the skills and insight needed for a more meaningful, empowered life. If you’re ready to explore who you are beyond the pressure, worry, or exhaustion, I’m here to help you create a path forward with clarity and compassion. You deserve a life that feels worth living. Let's take that next step. I'm rooting for you!
