Brooklyn Silva
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I work with individuals and couples and specialize in helping clients work through shame, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict.
My ideal client may feel stuck in familiar emotional or relational patterns, struggling with perfectionism, shame, identity questions, or navigating life transitions, conflict, or loss. They want to better understand their inner world and create more intentional, fulfilling ways of relating so they can feel more connected, empowered, and able to thrive. I offer a warm, collaborative, relational approach grounded in depth and attachment-based work. I help clients slow down, understand their patterns, and build insight, self-compassion, and practical tools for change that supports healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and meaningful growth. At the heart of my work is empathy, understanding, and a sense of safety. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and less alone in what they are carrying. If you’re curious about therapy or wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out and start the conversation.
