My desire is for every client to feel fully accepted and encouraged to be their authentic self.

Are you having trouble getting through the day without feeling anxious and overwhelmed? Are you having difficulty feeling fulfilled in your current relationship? You notice that you feel things more deeply than those around you, but you may have labeled as "too emotional. You want to find a way to live an authentic, peaceful, and purposeful life, but you are unsure of how to get there. Reaching out for support is one of the most courageous things you can do. I would be honored to be a support for you! I love working with young adults and women facing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-criticism, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and faith/spirituality concerns. I incorporate psychodynamic therapy, DBT, ACT, and IFS to explore what is keeping you stuck and work towards a life worth living. Compassion, warmth, and authenticity are at the core of my work with my clients. I want you to feel fully accepted and encouraged to be your true self in the counseling room. If you would like to start the journey towards peace and healing, please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
