I strive to provide an affirming and supportive environment to all people who might be going though any of life's challenges.

Hi! I am so happy to meet you! I am a licensed clinical social work associate with a concentration in mental health. When working with clients, I pull from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, affirmative therapy, systems theory, and a strengths-based approach. I am particularly passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and strive to be a kind and supportive presence in each person's individual path. Mental health is such an important part of life and I am so proud of you for taking steps towards improving your mental health. I hope to provide a safe and supportive environment of authenticity, trust, and affirmation when working through your journey. I understand that life’s challenges can happen to anyone, at any age, and if you let me, I am happy to work through these challenges alongside you
