Quality psychological care for a more fulfilling life.

I’m Dr. Brooke Griffith (she/her/hers), a licensed psychologist with more than 25 years of experience working in mental health care. I believe therapy is most effective when it is both thoughtful and practical. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to their current concerns. Together, we make space to slow down, develop greater self-understanding, and identify meaningful ways to create change. My approach draws from evidence-based psychological practices while remaining flexible to each person’s needs and goals. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest about what is difficult, curious about what may be underneath it, and supported as you move toward something different.
