(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Counselor, Psychologist, Sport Psychologist
Hi! I'm a Clinical Sport Psychologist & Mental Performance Coach offering compassionate, holistic support to help you thrive both on and off the field!
As a Clinical Sport Psychologist, Certified Mental Performance Coach, and former Division I soccer player, I have supported athletes at the professional, Olympic/Paralympic, and collegiate levels for the past 12 years. I understand the complexities of competing in high-performance environments while managing chronic illness, injury, or disability, and I approach care in ways that honor the whole person—not just the athlete. I specialize in women’s health in sport, eating disorders and body image concerns in athletes, sport injury recovery, and the management of stress, burnout, anxiety, and perfectionism. My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and gender-affirming—always centering compassion and respect. No matter your relationship with sport or performance—whether you are an elite competitor, a developing athlete, or navigating transitions in and out of sport—we’ll work together to build resilience, flexibility, and sustainable strategies for thriving on and off the field. In addition to individual and team services, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to clarify diagnoses, guide treatment, and support clinical decision-making. I also partner with clients to advocate for accommodations that promote long-term success. My goal is to be your teammate, ally, and advocate—to help you align with your values, strengthen resilience, deepen meaningful connections, and work towards lasting change.
