I'm a Licensed Clinical Sport Psychologist who supports elite athletes in showing up fully—through connection, flexibility, and purpose-driven action.

As a Sport Psychologist and former Division I soccer player, I understand the unique mental and emotional challenges that come with high-level competition. I offer a compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach to support elite athletes—including professional, Olympic/Paralympic, and collegiate competitors—in navigating the pressures of sport and performance.Whether you're dealing with anxiety, injury recovery, burnout, or body image concerns, we'll work together to identify your strengths, address what's no longer serving you, and build skills to navigate life's challenges with compassion and flexibility. My goal is to help you align your actions with your values, enhance your resilience, and cultivate lasting, sustainable change. In addition to individual and team services, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to support diagnostic clarification and inform accommodations and treatment.Making sustainable changes without support can be challenging. I'm here to be your teammate, ally, and advocate—with compassion and without judgment—to help you feel and perform your best when it matters most.
