I am eager to help you make meaningful change toward navigating life with more success and less pain.

I have been providing mental health services in the Madison area since 2015. I meet my clients where they are to address concerns from a place of collaboration and transparency. I help them explore their current lives, past experiences, and intersecting identities within the context of the many systems that society places us in. This allows the cultivation of fresh insights and expanded awareness. I aid them in mobilizing current strengths, developing new skills, and applying fresh strategies to create meaningful change. I frequently draw on interventions based in EMDR, Flash, CBT, DBT, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal process. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, sleep, trauma, abuse, domestic violence, and sexuality.
