Therapy for teens, adults & couples navigating anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, and relationship stress toward clarity and connection.

I work with teens, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally disconnected, and who often find themselves stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or ongoing relationship struggles. Many of my clients come in feeling weighed down by anxiety, relational stress, or the impact of past experiences that continue to show up in present-day relationships. In our work together, we begin by slowing things down to better understand what you’re carrying, and how your past and current experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate over time. I offer a collaborative, personalized approach where you can show up as you are. Together, we explore what you’re experiencing and gently notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, with care and curiosity. We build insight into your emotional and relational patterns, then focus on realistic, supportive changes so you feel grounded and balanced. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, honesty, and feeling truly seen. I meet you where you are, support you through difficult moments, and gently challenge you when it feels helpful. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to begin, I welcome the opportunity to connect and see whether we’re a good fit.
