Brittany Steele
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel heard and supported. I love helping people work through past trauma and/or current life transitions.
I have been in the social work/mental health field for over 10 years. I have moved around the country for the past 7 years, but I am ecstatic to finally be a private practice therapist! My therapeutic style is typically a CBT, holistic, mindfulness, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. My main goal for our sessions is for you to feel safe, heard, and supported. I love helping people navigating life transitions, whether it be career change, divorce, relocating, becoming parents, aging, etc. I enjoy working with LGBT+ community, active-duty military and veterans, and new or expecting mom/parents. I offer individual, group, couples counseling, and family therapy. I also offer in-person and virtual sessions. We accept most major insurances and private pay. Together, I look forward to supporting you through your journey!
