My greatest passion is helping people who have been through traumatic or stressful situations. I enjoy working with adolescents, children, and adults.
Life can be hard, and through our struggles people often express having feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. Congratulations though on taking your first step on working through those feelings in a safe space! Seeking out a therapist can be a challenge as well, but my goal is to help you find the strength to feel complete once again. I believe strongly in showing up authentically and have been in the social work field since 2016. Over the years I have been successful in helping others learn how to live authentically and being supportive to those that I meet.
