I help college students ditch the spiral, spot their patterns, and actually do something different. Humor included.

Are you a burnt out parent? Overworked? Feeling especially angry? Crying more frequently? Yelling at the dog? Disinterested in fun activities? A cynic? Uncomfy with being vulnerable? Unable to identify emotions or feel them? Known to ruin relationships before they ruin you? ...Enter, Brittanie! I offer virtual therapy sessions in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida during the week, usually with the added company of my cat. I do what I need to cater therapy to each client! It looks different for each person and what they're working through. Some sessions we visit and rescue "little you" from childhood, and some sessions we're exploring why spilling your coffee this morning made you reach out for an emergency therapy session today. If our schedules don’t line up (which, let’s be honest, would be the only reason we wouldn’t work well together), I’m happy to connect you with therapists who offer evening or afternoon sessions, en Español, are BIPOC, have 20+ years of experience with veterans and military, and who work with couples, families, preteens, and teens. Reach out via phone/email!
