Welcome to With An Open Heart, LLC- a group practice in Arizona that provides a safe and nonjudgmental space for all to help start the healing process.

We provide safe spaces for BIPOC clients to work on healing. We look forward to meeting and working with you. We provide a holistic approach that incorporates CBT, Solution Focus, Culturally Sensitive, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed care. As BIPOC clinicians, we can understand societal challenges and generational expectations and experiences. We meet you where you are at, and provide supportive and realistic care for your healing journey.

Accepts new patients after hospitalization for

  • Substance use
  • Self-harming behavior
  • Suicidal intent or a plan
  • Severe emotional stress or trauma
  • Altered mental status or delirium
  • Escalating reckless or impulsive behavior

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.

Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
