I provide counseling and psychological assessment to adolescents ages 12 and up, adults, and couples. Areas of counseling include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, challenges related to life transitions, multicultural and cross-cultural services, survivors of domestic violence, counseling for the LGBTQIA+ community, and body image/self-esteem issues unrelated to eating disorders. In our initial meeting, we will determine together which services would be the most helpful to you and what you are interested in pursuing.
