I welcome and affirm all identities in my practice. We work with young adults who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and life stressors.

If you consider yourself Gen- Z, Millennial, healer, artist, nerd, or lifelong learner seeking to find purpose, Manage ADHD, anxiety and or, explore career decision-making, build self-esteem, and heal from family relationships and stress.- I got you. We practice from a culturally responsive, anti-oppressive lens. Clients of all racial, religious, cultural, sexual, and gender identities are welcomed and affirmed here, and we are committed to ongoing learning about the communities we serve. Using creative insight and evidence-based therapy, we help young adults build the confidence, focus, and resilience they need to thrive. My specialties include empowering clients to navigate relationships, heal from emotionally immature family dynamics, and manage ADHD with practical, life-changing strategies. You can expect an understanding, inclusive, and exploratory approach to help educate and empower you to grow and heal. I am a fan of giving clients- “homework” assignments and work to help them build habits and changes in and outside sessions. I am licensed to practice in California ( #11304 ), Ohio (E.1901352), and New York (015711-01). I became a therapist because I value supporting college students and young adults reach their full potential with support I wish I had in college etc. I remember and know, how stressful navigating adulthood can be. I am especially passionate about helping women understand their worth, navigate institutional barriers, and build a meaningful life. In my past time I enjoy: board games, knitting, crocheting, sports (Pickleball these days) making art, reading, roller skating, dancing, and traveling.
