Together, we'll embrace your intuitive self and guide you toward becoming the person you truly want to be.
I believe healing is a journey towards becoming your most authentic self. It involves shedding the layers shaped by the world that have informed or caused us to defend ourselves, often betraying our true way of being. In therapy, we will work together to embrace your true self and learn to trust both your body and intuition. My role is to collaborate with you in identifying and addressing the harmful patterns you’ve developed. I believe the greatest insights for change come from within you. My approach involves mirroring, recognizing behavioral patterns, and asking clarifying questions to bring these insights to the surface through a psychodynamic exploration of life events that have shaped you. By employing a creative approach anchored in somatic and mindfulness practices, we will tune into your true voice and discard what no longer serves you. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your experiences, fostering a deeper sense of inner peace and resilience as you uncover and embrace your authentic self. This journey will help you become a greater expression of who you were meant to be.
