Brianna Intilli
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Trauma Professional, National Certified Counselor (NCC), Pre-Licensed Professional
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults dealing with mood disorders, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions to name a few.
I approach counseling with an empathetic, mindfulness-based approach that centers on a genuine, trusting relationship between counselor and client. My goal is to walk with you towards the solution that brings you the most peace and provides you the space to navigate adversity without fear of judgment. Through this guidance, we will bring awareness to patterns that cause dissatisfaction and reconstruct how you experience each day. My goal is to empower clients to lead a more fulfilling life through the use of mindful, cognitive-based techniques and a person-centered lens. I approach healing with a holistic view, which focuses on the whole person. I believe mental and physical health are interconnected and I support individuals in facilitating a healthy lifestyle, however that looks to them! I completed my undergraduate degree at James Madison University in Virginia where I received a bachelor of science in Psychology with a minor in Biology. I stayed in Virginia for my master of arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount University in Arlington, where I found my passion for helping adolescents and adults in a private practice setting.
