It is my belief that the foundation of therapy is a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment between my clients and I

For the last ten years I have been helping clients from a variety of backgrounds to move in the direction of making a meaningful, fulfilling life. I have extensive experience working with folks struggling with disordered eating and body image distress, obsessive compulsive tendencies, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to gender and sexuality. As a late bloomer, who is currently still grappling with how coming out later in life changes your perception of your identity, I am strongly committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental, and affirming space for all folks in the LGTBQIA+ community. I work with clients who are gender questioning, transgender, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, gender fluid and more. Additionally, I provide letters for clients seeking gender affirming care and am dedicated to working with all members of the LGBTQ+ community who are seeking a safe environment for counseling.
