I approach each session from a place of warmth and appreciation for your lived experience.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or anxious? Feeling depressed or disconnected from your life and those around you? Are you finding it hard to manage difficult emotions on your own? Know that change is possible, and if you are ready for change, know that I am here to help you. I approach each session from a place of warmth and appreciation for your lived experience, and I encourage a collaborative therapeutic relationship as I support you in navigating the course of therapy. I integrate techniques from evidence-based treatments to help you experience symptom reduction, improve your overall well-being, and move toward flourishing. Difficult experiences impact people in different ways. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or hesitant as you approach a major life transition, know that change is possible. I incorporate evidence-based treatment approaches grounded in multicultural psychotherapy that allow for a collaborative relationship focused on helping you achieve your goals. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, OCD and relate disorders (e.g., skin-picking, hair-pulling), depression, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
