GPA, new friends, dating, identity exploration. College is hard. I can help you become your authentic self, form deep connections, and live with meaning.

Are you in emotional pain, feeling stuck, not feeling like yourself, or in need of support as you navigate a challenging life circumstance? I specialize in helping young adults figure out why they feel the way they do and what needs to change to live a more authentic and satisfying life. For 14 years I have worked alongside diverse clients on college campuses, and I would be honored to work with you. I will help you to slow down and lean into your full range of emotions, especially the uncomfortable ones you are so good at avoiding. Together we will examine ways your past is connected to your present, identify problematic relationship patterns, and figure out how you want to start applying these insights to your life. This style of therapy goes beyond symptom reduction and heals underlying problems in a way that leads to long-lasting change. It is often an intense and challenging process, but I will be there to support and guide you as we explore the terrain of your inner life. And rest assured, there will be plenty of moments of lightness and laughter along the way! Clients of all identities and backgrounds are welcome in my practice.
