Welcome! I provide compassionate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for mental health and addiction concerns. I look forward to your email or call!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 22 years of experience helping clients manage racing thoughts, anxiety, and life stress. I enjoy helping clients build meaningful life experiences especially when feeling lonely, empty or unfulfilled. Whether it is trauma, life transition, relationship concerns, addiction or test anxiety, I can help. My background is in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals develop healthy responses to unwanted thoughts and feelings. I utilize skills from Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build self-compassion and present moment awareness. Psychotherapy is about learning to be present in your life, treating yourself kindly, and not avoiding meaningful experiences. I am humbled at the prospect of taking this journey with you and look forward to your email or call.
