Life can be tough, let's talk.
I am enthusiastic Washingtonian and happy to call Seattle home. I am a UW alum having completed my undergraduate degree there, and have completed advanced training through the University of Washington CC and Seattle Children's Hospital. I practice from an integrated lens, my work is most influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidenced based approach to psychological symptoms and challenges. What you can expect in working with me is in addition to learning more about you and your experiences as a human being, I will often incorporate interventions which rely on the principles of CBT. Other styles influencing my care are Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
