Brennen Smith
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I'm glad to walk with you on a journey of transformation. I hope my past experiences of overcoming my own mental strife can aid you.
I offer an approach to help bring a renewed sense of joy, peace and acceptance, despite life's difficulties. I walk alongside clients on their journey and collaborate with them on decisions to find the most joyful path for their life. I hope to help you find peace in a time of stress or laughter even when there is sorrow. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, the autism spectrum, and letting go of anger or irritability. I am trained in Prepare/Enrich for couples counseling and marriage therapy. I also specialize in sand tray therapy and utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and Contextual Family Therapy.
