I'm glad to go on a journey of self-acceptance and transformation with anyone looking for the adventure.

I am glad to engage with clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, races, sexual orientations, and any other categories. I have been working for over three years as a licensed marriage and family therapist. I work with many clients on anxiety, depression, and moving towards acceptance and self-acceptance. I love working with couples, people with autism, and teenagers and older. I help people to find their personal values and help them make a life worth living by re-remembering old positive habits or activities or finding new ones.
