Brennen Facchini

My guiding principle is that therapy is a collaborative process, with patient and therapist working together toward a shared goal. I view each patient as a unique individual with distinct needs and concerns, offering weekly support and guidance tailored to their well-being. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, core values that help create a foundation of trust and psychological safety. I draw from various evidence-based models, including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies, adapting my interventions to meet each person’s needs. I attempt to foster a strong therapeutic bond, empowering individuals to explore their challenges openly and work toward meaningful solutions that support growth and resilience. Inspired by my college professors and a family history rooted in service, I have spent the past twelve years in community mental health. Through this work, I have become a dedicated therapist passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their life goals. Outside work, I enjoy fishing, surfing, backpacking, and exploring California’s coast and Sierra Nevada.
