Brendan Lyles
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I focus on creating a welcoming and safe environment for all of my clients to explore whatever questions or concerns they have!
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and assisting with life transitions. I am dedicated to fostering a strong relationship and creating a welcoming environment for all of my clients through a person-centered approach. I utilize this supportive connection to allow clients to explore their goals and facilitate meaningful change. I work with children and adults utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including mindfulness, somatic experiencing, emotional regulation skills, and problem-solving. I focus on creating a strong foundation and therapeutic alliance to foster growth and change in my clients. While I may be an expert on mental health, you are the expert on you. This isn't a journey you need to take on your own, and I will walk with you towards your goals. For more information about me and scheduling, please visit our website: wakepsych.com.
