I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who specializes in trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety and mood disorders. I am passionate about helping adults, couples, families and teens, navigate a wide array of social, behavioral and emotional challenges from a person-centered strengths-based approach. The direction of your treatment will always be guided by your preferences, values and goals! I am fortunate to have gained a diverse set of specialized training in a short period of time in the field. have worked as a clinician in community mental health serving women and families, the BIPOC community with substance abuse. I have provided trauma therapy to victims of violent crimes for the Cobb County District Attorney’s office, facilitated DBT Mindfulness groups for at-risk teens as a graduate fellow, and bereavement and grief Counseling within the hospital setting. My goal as your therapist is to create a peaceful, non-judgmental, safe space that will empower your right to self-efficacy, and provide empathy and coping skills to support your healing journey.
