Brandy Litwin
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We will work together to develop skills to navigate everything you are managing right now. I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds.
Sometimes there is so much going on in our lives, we have difficulty finding our way through our day to day stress. When you are struggling it can be scary and feel very lonely, but it does not have to be. It takes courage to look for someone to help navigate through life stressors, whether it is difficulty adjusting to the current situation or what comes next, loss, divorce, school stressors, relationship conflicts, trauma and various other issues. I believe therapy is a journey and I’m always honored when a client, parent or family trusts me to support them through the journey. I have been practicing for 17 years in a range of treatment settings from residential, intensive outpatient to my current private practice. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective, use evidence-based strategies and will work with you to collaborate on setting goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are, individualizing different approaches to best fit my your needs.
