I'm a clinical sport psychologist in Las Vegas specializing in mental health & performance optimization using science supported sport-specific programs.

I'm extremely passionate about my work with athletes. As a national champion in amateur boxing I experienced ups and downs in competition and life in general, and I believe a sport psychologist at the Colorado Springs OTC ultimately gave me the edge I needed. My experiences in boxing and love for sports have greatly inspired me to use programs that have been shown in scientific studies to concurrently improve mental health, relationships, and sport performance. Helping athletes achieve their greatest aspirations in life, I am particularly adept in decreasing problems associated with anxiety, depression, disorders specific to eating and substance use. My approach is focused on the optimization of thoughts, actions and perceptions that occur in both sport and life outside of sport performance situations through an effective blend of science supported programs (i.e., mindfulness, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy skills training). For more than 20 years I've experienced great success and fond memories with performing artists, national/world champions and professional athletes, including Olympic medalists. Please call me anytime to see if I'm a good match for you.
