I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.

Welcome! It takes an immense amount of courage to seek out therapy. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable is incredibly difficult. However, when we are able to practice vulnerability with those who have earned the right to hear our story, it fosters connection, growth, and healing. As a therapist, I provide a safe environment that offers empathy, guidance, empowerment, and individualized care. I work with those who are diverse in gender expression, sexuality, race, and ethnicity. I wholeheartedly believe that each individual is an expert in their own life. My practice is strengths-based and person-centered, which means that I will highlight your strengths and use them as a tool to promote resilience to work through your past and current hardships. There is extraordinary power in taking a pause to look inward. Once we can practice identifying, feeling, and sitting with our emotions, we can build new neural pathways and break out unsustainable cognition and behavior patterns.
