My journey in mental health began in 2017 at a community clinic in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, where I had the privilege of working closely with adolescents. This experience ignited a profound passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves. Since then, I have expanded my practice to include both private practice and inpatient hospital settings with adults, providing me with a diverse and versatile foundation to support a wide range of clients. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, focused on meeting you where you are—whether you have clear goals or are still navigating your path. I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a flexible and empowering approach, while also incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to tailor care to your unique needs. I work with adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, substance use, anger, personality disorders, and codependency.
