I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Austin, Texas. I provide therapy to individuals age 12 and up.
I have a passion for collaborating with individuals, couples, and families as they learn to identify and communicate their needs as a means of improving their relationships and living more authentically. I also enjoy working with young people and their families to increase their emotional vocabulary as well as their understanding of developmentally-appropriate strategies to address behavioral challenges and enhance self-esteem.
