I am passionate about integrating a treatment approach to best support your individual goals goals for treatment. My style is relational and supportive. I am trained in the latest trauma therapy models including attachment Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing. I also work with clients integrating attachment theory and neuroscience. Clients find my therapeutic presence to be gentle, insightful, and challenging.
