Taking the first step is always scary, sometimes filled with doubts, and while I cannot guarantee anything, I do believe that there is not a single person who would not benefit from therapy at some point in their life. The stigma surrounding mental health treatment often makes people feel hesitant to seek support. I believe it is a courageous act to take the first step in making meaningful changes in one’s life.
