I provide Autism and/or ADHD (qualitative) evaluations and Psychotherapy for individuals, families and couples. My approach when collaborating with a patient providing therapy is to focus on their history, culture, identity and/or spirituality. I provide a safe space for you to explore your feelings, determine solutions and create a sense of balance in your life while embracing your own beliefs. I provide therapy remotely and use various modalities (CBT, Psychodynamic and EMDR). In addition, I do Autism Evaluations and ADHD Evaluations.
