I identify as an anti-oppressive, body-affirming therapist who recognizes the importance of all relationships.

I support people feeling stuck in unsatisfying patterns, people who dread conflict, and people interested in tuning in to their own voice. Many of my clients care deeply about how they show up in their relationships, families, workplaces, structural systems, and the larger world. You may have complicated feelings about self-expression, and what it means to grow and change from what's familiar. You may be anxious about significant life changes and transitions, bogged down by self-doubt, "shoulds," or regret, or you may be paralyzed by a fear of vulnerability or making "wrong" moves. I offer a safe place to explore your full range of feelings and practice new ways of expression. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent decades working in socially progressive and artistic spaces that prioritize undoing systems of oppression. This means I am ready to meet you where you are, and bring a sense of collaboration and care to our work together.
