I work with adults 18+ and am happy to see if we are a good fit.

I am looking forward to meeting you! I am in private practice in east Wichita near Central and Rock. I specialize in working with women in the perinatal period (infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting). I also enjoy working with people experiencing relationship issues, co-dependency, boundary issues, anxiety, and those that have experienced psychological and emotional abuse. My approach includes a mixture of cognitive, self-compassion and emotion-focused techniques.
