Beth Findlay

My hope as a therapist is to provide you with the space you need to explore the things that are the hardest to say. Perhaps it’s certain thoughts, feelings or experiences that your mind keeps playing over, that are hard to put words to, and that are keeping you stuck. I strive to create a profoundly safe and trustworthy space for you to talk about those things, and then help you to move toward healing and growth. I view it as an honor to be able to walk with you as you process and heal, and I believe that with the right space and guidance, everyone has the potential to walk in freedom from things that once held them back. I take a person-centered approach towards counseling, believing that you are the expert in your own life, and enjoy incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Given that everyone is unique in their strengths and struggles, we will work together to decide what approaches will work best for you.
