I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds. I bring warmth, a collaborative and nonjudgmental stance to my work

Are you looking for a therapist to help you with your journey to improve your emotional health? I am a therapist who has experience working with individuals and couples with a wide change of presenting problems and provide a supportive space to help you find relief from the symptoms you are experiencing. My style is eclectic and dependent on your presenting problems and comfort level with different approaches. For example if you have ADHD or ASD I may provide psychoeducation and coaching and if you have experienced trauma I may use TFCBT. I bring to my work warmth, humor and curiosity. I have over 30 years of experience providing in a community mental health center and in private practice. I have particular experience working with those with addiction, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and issues that are specific to the LGBTQIA or immigrant communities as well as those impacted by adoption. You have taken the brave and important step of prioritizing youe emotional health by looking on this site. I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you on the phone or the email to see if I am a good fit.
