I have over 25 years of experience as a clinical Social worker providing therapy. I work with individuals (adults and adolescents) couples and families. My approach is to support individuals in overcoming the impact of stressful life events such as grief and loss and mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety in order to help my clients build resilience.
