As a board-certified Physician Assistant, my focus is on providing collaborative, holistic mental health care that aligns evidence-based treatment with each person’s unique needs. I work with young adults and adults managing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and hyperactive disorders such as ADD/ADHD. My approach blends clinical expertise with genuine compassion, ensuring patients feel supported, understood, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. I prioritize creating a grounded, open space where clients can explore their experiences, build practical coping strategies, and make meaningful progress toward their wellness goals.
